Michael Nunes grew up on a diet of funk and soul music, in Amsterdam. Artists like Cameo, Isaac Hayes, Taana Gardner, Prince and Millie Jackson were his food for thought.

Becoming fascinated with house and electro throughout the years, he blended this new love for these music styles with these former influences.
His first self organized rave was called 'I Am What I Am', so who is he when he does what he does best?

He specializes his melting pot of house with styles like fidget, baile, deep, tropical, coming from a fresh vision on the funkier side of dance music.
Michael's original style surprises to say the least, suiting all sizes of audiences of dance lovers.
Hence his two residencies at pioneering clubnights Katapult at Studio 80 and UNK at Club 8 in Amsterdam.
Michael personally states: "As long if it's pumping...enough rock, more soul!"

His dj debut was on UNK in 2007, since then he rocked parties with honours, like LittleSexMachine at Rauw, Mysteryland, Million Dollar Kids, Galore, Spellbound, Catwalk Club and Fresh BPM.

In 2009 Michael went international with his sound on club nights like Bizarre Love Triangle in Paris and Killekil in the infamous Berghain Cantine in Berlin...
We're expecting more, period. Michael don't beat around the bush!
